Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need to book a time on the calendar for an individual membership? You do not need to book a time on the calendar as an individual member. However, you will need to check the calendar in order to know when a team is booked at the facility to plan your visit. Individual members have full access to the facility as long as a team isn't booked.
When can I use the facility if I have an individual membership? You can access the facility using your code any time from 5:00am-11:00pm. Just check the team calendar HERE to make sure a team isn't booked at the facility before your visit.
Does my team get access to the whole facility when we book? Yes! Your team will have private access to the facility when you book.
How do I know what time/day is available when I am booking for my team? You can check the team calendar page HERE to see what dates are available. In your order you will follow the instructions to provide the information for what day and time your team wants to practice. If you have questions always reach out!
How do I get into the facility? Upon booking, you will receive a text message with a personal code to use to access the facility.
Do you have a daily drop in rate? We do not have a daily drop in rate! We keep our individual membership rates low to create the best financial option for our athletes!
Can I book and pay someone when I get to the facility? You will book and pay through our website! Our cages are self serve with no employees on site. You will use a personal door code to access the facility.
What do I need to bring when I come to Sandlot? The only items you will need to bring with you is a bat, glove, and batting helmet! We have you covered as far as baseballs, softballs, tees, and baseball/softball pitching machines go! Visit the facility page HERE to see a detailed list of what all our facility is stocked with.
